Overview
Le Modderfontein Golf Club, fondé en 1935 par la Modderfontein Dynamite Factory, est situé à Edenvale, près de Johannesburg, en Afrique du Sud. Conçu initialement par Arthur Tomsett et inauguré par Bobby Locke, le parcours de 18 trous, par 72, s’étend sur 6 651 mètres. Il a été rénové en 1990 par Hugh Baiocchi, intégrant 12 barrages et 12 ruisseaux sinueux qui ajoutent au défi du jeu. Le club a accueilli des tournois prestigieux, notamment le Joburg Ladies Open.
