Overview

18-Hole CourseOpened in 1929. Design by Dr.
Alister MacKenzie & Robert Hunter. Site lies between the sea and the Santa Ynez range in Santa Barbara.
Greens are diminutive and quick, and defended by hidden bunkering. Among the more memorable holes are the 425-yard 9th, a dogleg that proceeds from a raised tee over the stream to a raised green, and the 14th.
Tom Doak carried out the sensitive refurbishment of the bunkering in the mid-Nineties. The holes vary nicely and demand a wide variety of shots.
All in all, the course offers a nice blend of scenery and challenging golf. It is one of the most prestigious courses in the U.
S. and offers a great value for money.
The course has a driving range and practice facilities for golfers of all ages and skill levels, as well as an 18-hole golf course with 18 holes for men and 18-holes for women.
