Can I try before subscribing?
Yes! You get a 7-day free trial with the Amateur or Pro plans. Note: During the trial, downloads are limited to 2 to protect premium content.
Do I need an account to use Magellan Golf?
Yes. An account is required for all plans (including the free one) to save your progress, store your yardage books, and access your user space.
How many yardage books can I download?
- Beginner: No downloads allowed. • Amateur: Up to 2 PDF downloads per month. • Pro: Up to 10 PDF downloads per month. • Free trial: 2 downloads total during the 7-day trial.
Can I request custom yardage books?
Yes, this feature is exclusive to the Pro plan. Submit your request from your account and we’ll deliver your custom yardage book within 48 hours.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, if you’re on a monthly plan, you can pause your subscription: • From 1 to 3 months. • No payments will be charged during the pause, but you’ll lose access to premium features.This option is not available for annual plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account.To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, make sure to cancel at least 15 days before your renewal date.No refunds are available for annual payments, even if you cancel early.
What kind of support do I get?
• Beginner: Access to our online FAQ only. • Amateur: Email support with replies within 7 business days. • Pro: Priority support via email within 48 hours + access to a private WhatsApp group.
Can I refer my friends?
Yes! If you refer someone who subscribes to a yearly plan, you’ll receive 1 month free on your own subscription.
Do yardage books contain ads?
No. All yardage books are 100% ad-free, across all plans.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. • Upgrades apply immediately—you’ll only be charged the price difference. • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do yardage books contain ads?
No. All yardage books are 100% ad-free, across all plans.
How does renewal work?
Subscriptions automatically renew (monthly or annually depending on your choice).If you want to cancel, make sure to do it at least 15 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
Can I access my previously used yardage books?
Yes. Your past yardage books are saved in your account: • Amateur and Pro users have access to their full download history and can re-download or review previous courses. • Beginner users do not have access to archived yardage books.
Can I use Magellan Golf while traveling abroad?
Yes! You can use Magellan Golf from anywhere in the world. As long as you have an internet connection and an account, you can view and manage your yardage books.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We are fully GDPR-compliant and follow strict privacy standards.Your data is stored securely and never shared or sold to third parties.
What does each yardage book include?
Every yardage book contains: • A detailed layout of each hole • Key distances and hazard locations • Strategic tips per hole • Level-specific notes (Beginner, Amateur, Pro) • Visual aids to support your performance on the course
Is there a refund for annual plans?
No. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel early, your access remains valid until the end of the year, but no refund will be issued.
